The Fourth Stated Meeting of Lowcountry Presbytery will be held at Grace Coastal Church (PCA) in Okatie, SC starting at 9am on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
Host Letter:
Dear Low Country Presbytery,
We are looking forward to hosting you on Thursday, November 3rd at 9:00 AM. It has been a long while since we have hosted so everyone is excited that you are coming. In case you are wondering, our facility did not sustain any damage from Hurricane Matthew. God was very gracious to us in that regard. Our dear friends at Hilton Head Presbyterian came through remarkably well in light of the much greater overall damage out their way. They have done a fantastic job coordinating volunteers from across the country. They have gotten some very complimentary press in the news outlets, but more importantly they have represented the Lord amazingly well. They have brought great honor to the name of Christ in all they have done. Please keep them in your prayers as they still have much work right at their doorstep and that work may keep them from attending.
We will be open at 8:15 for any early arrivals and provide a continental breakfast. Lunch will be free of charge as we deem it our honor to have you travel our way and host you. If you need any special rooms or assistance please try to contact us ahead of time so we can have those needs ready upon your arrival.
Our building is located at the corner of Highway 170 and Williams Drive. This is the main road between Beaufort and Bluffton. The address for GPS systems is 15 Williams Drive, Bluffton, SC ( some older GPS models have us listed in Okatie, SC). Entering our property is a little tricky since Highway 170 is divided by a grass median. You will have to pass the church property, make a U turn, and then enter at Williams Drive. To further complicate matters Hurricane Matthew destroyed the street sign to Matthews Drive. But there is a small “church entrance” sign right at that corner. Enjoy the adventure, and we will see you on the 3rd.
