Welcome Letter Summary:

Dear Presbyters:

On Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 9am the Seventh Stated Meeting of Lowcountry Presbytery will meet at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Orangeburg, SC if the Lord allows.  Attached you will find a proposed docket for this meeting formulated by your Administration Committee.

Gentle reminder: since it is Summer, many are affected by vacations and travel. If you as a TE are unable to make it please remember to request and official excuse from the Stated Clerk BEFORE the meeting. Likewise, if your church is not able to send a Ruling Elder Commissioner according to our Standing Rules 4.6.3 & 5.3.1 you should request a Ruling Elder Commissioner excuse. Remember this is so that we keep a strong Ruling Elder involvement in our Presbytery!

It is our joy to welcome you back to Trinity for the 7th Stated Meeting of the Lowcountry Presbytery on Saturday, July 22, 2017.

As you arrive you will see two parking lots, and we would ask that you park in our upper level parking lot and/or the grass field next to it. Registration will be in the foyer on the main level, where you will also find direction to coffee and breakfast foods starting at 8:30am. We will provide lunch for you at no charge. Please remember to RSVP with an estimate of the total number of folks from your church.
